Comagna is developing a very fast, image superresolution technology that is feasible for real-time implementation, yielding comparable or better results than the computationally much more complex directional interpolation, optical flow, spline, deconvolution, Xin-Li, fractal based and other enhanced known interpolation methods.

Comagna's technology is 20-50x faster than methods with comparable results.

Possible applications of this technology range from digital cameras and camcorders (digital zoom), scanners (non-physical resolution), to large screen TVs and projectors, where the interpolation speed is critical.

Two demos are presented here for the evaluation of this technology.
